            <description><![CDATA[<strong>Job Title: Recruiter 2</strong><br>
<strong>Location:</strong> Sanford, NC â Onsite &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>
<strong>Contract duration: 6 Month contract </strong>with potential for extension or conversion<strong> &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong><br>
<strong>Job Summary</strong><br>
We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator / Recruiter to support high-volume hiring and workforce expansion within a fast-paced manufacturing operations environment. This role is responsible for screening candidates, conducting interviews, managing applicant tracking data, and supporting hiring managers and operations teams to meet staffing goals. The position plays a key role in ensuring a strong candidate experience, maintaining recruiting efficiency, and supporting data-driven hiring decisions for production workforce needs.<br>
<strong>Responsibilities: </strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Screen, evaluate, and interview candidates for open positions
&#9;<li>Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews (virtual and in-person)
&#9;<li>Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
&#9;<li>Manage candidate pipelines and support sourcing strategies to meet hiring demand
&#9;<li>Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems
&#9;<li>Provide recruiting status updates, metrics, and progress reports to stakeholders
&#9;<li>Support high-volume hiring initiatives tied to production and operational ramp-ups
&#9;<li>Ensure compliance with internal recruiting policies and hiring processes
&#9;<li>Communicate feedback and interview outcomes to recruiting teams and stakeholders
&#9;<li>Collaborate with operations, HR, and training teams to align hiring with workforce needs
&#9;<li>Support onboarding and administrative recruiting tasks as needed
&#9;<li>Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
&#9;<li>Assist with reporting and Excel-based data tracking for staffing metrics
&#9;<li>Participate in interview panels and hiring discussions as required

<strong>Required Qualifications</strong><br>
Requirements

<ul>
&#9;<li>Bachelorâs degree required (4-year degree mandatory)
&#9;<li>3â5 years of experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, or related field (recruiting experience preferred but not required if HR-related experience is strong)
&#9;<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage across multiple teams
&#9;<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
&#9;<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
&#9;<li>Strong organizational and time management skills
&#9;<li>Ability to analyze recruiting data and support reporting needs
&#9;<li>Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
&#9;<li>Ability to conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates effectively
&#9;<li>Flexibility to support occasional Saturday shifts during peak hiring periods
</ul>

<strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or construction environments
&#9;<li>Experience with high-volume recruiting or staffing campaigns
&#9;<li>Familiarity with structured interviewing methods (e.g., Targeted Selection)
&#9;<li>Advanced Excel skills for reporting and tracking
&#9;<li>Experience working with cross-functional operations teams
</ul>
