Job Description
Role Focus:
-
Full-cycle recruiting for management/salaried roles (mix of manufacturing leadership, engineering, supply chain, logistics, ops, product design)
-
Source, screen, coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipeline
-
Guide candidates through pre-employment (Sterling/HireRight), Day 1 onboarding
-
Partner with HMs on selection strategies & offers
-
ATS management (Workday preferred, others OK)
-
Data reporting on sourcing/hiring metrics
-
Compliance with HR standards (EEO, OFCCP, etc.)
Must-Haves:
-
HS diploma + 7+ yrs recruiting OR Associate/Bachelor’s + 2+ yrs recruiting
-
Strong sourcing experience
-
ATS experience (Workday a plus)
-
MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, Teams; Copilot/MS Lists nice to have)
-
Background check/onboarding process experience
-
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment
-
Strong communication & relationship skills
Nice-to-Have:
-
Familiarity with Sterling or HireRight
-
Manufacturing or technical recruiting background
Disqualifiers:
-
No recruiting experience
-
Poor communication or inability to juggle priorities
- No ATS/HR tech background
- Inflexible or low attention to detail
