Job Description


Role Focus:

  • Full-cycle recruiting for management/salaried roles (mix of manufacturing leadership, engineering, supply chain, logistics, ops, product design)

  • Source, screen, coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipeline

  • Guide candidates through pre-employment (Sterling/HireRight), Day 1 onboarding

  • Partner with HMs on selection strategies & offers

  • ATS management (Workday preferred, others OK)

  • Data reporting on sourcing/hiring metrics

  • Compliance with HR standards (EEO, OFCCP, etc.)

Must-Haves:

  • HS diploma + 7+ yrs recruiting OR Associate/Bachelor’s + 2+ yrs recruiting

  • Strong sourcing experience

  • ATS experience (Workday a plus)

  • MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, Teams; Copilot/MS Lists nice to have)

  • Background check/onboarding process experience

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Strong communication & relationship skills

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with Sterling or HireRight

  • Manufacturing or technical recruiting background

Disqualifiers:

  • No recruiting experience

  • Poor communication or inability to juggle priorities
  • No ATS/HR tech background
  • Inflexible or low attention to detail
