Data Analyst - Journeyman
Day/Swing Shift
LCAT Requirements - Must Haves: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or related field; 4–6 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a federal or ERP environment; experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2) data structures and reporting; proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); familiarity with data quality management, interface monitoring, and audit support; strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills; active DoD Secret Clearance. Shift - Day: reporting and dashboards; Swing: trend analysis, backlog cleanup.
Nice to Haves: Experience supporting 24/7 operations or shift-based environments; familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps environments; experience with data reconciliation, root cause analysis (RCA), and interface control documents (ICDs); knowledge of audit compliance frameworks and data traceability; exposure to system integration and external data exchange processes; experience with AI/ML.
What will the candidate do in this role?: Monitor and analyze data flows across internal and external interfaces; support root cause analysis (RCA) for data integrity issues and system incidents; assist in the resolution of data-related trouble tickets and audit findings; develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data extracts for operational use; collaborate with interface and system teams to validate data mappings and transformations; support audit readiness by ensuring data traceability and documentation accuracy; participate in Agile ceremonies and provide data insights to support backlog prioritization; maintain awareness of system performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement.

This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze Oracle EBS data, resolve data issues, and deliver insights that drive operational efficiency.
