Job Description

Mechanical Drafter / Electrical Support

Typical task breakdown:

Participate in receiving and tracking of engineering request for specific electrical harness and supporting brackets needed for a given job, balancing multiple jobs and timelines associated with them
Adhering to all company standards and specifications as required
Assist in design, modeling, detailing and supplier collaboration

Interaction with team:

Individual will work closely with team members and project lead to identify workload priorities, changes in work requirements, updates to governing standards, and customer needs.

Work environment:

Fast paced, supportive teamwork environment that promotes peer collaboration

Education & Experience Required:

Minimum of associates degree required

Technical Skills
(Required)

Proficiency with use of Microsoft Office base programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Proficiency with CADD program

(Desired)

Electrical Experience

Soft Skills
(Required)

Good verbal and written communication skills
Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Flexibility to adapt to the frequent priority shifts of changing business demand
