Job Description

Manufacturing Engineer

The position is with the Manufacturing and Validation. The individual will be accountable for:

Provide manufacturing solutions to the assembly and disassembly of engines
Develop and implement assembly processes in line with client standard processes
Provide analysis to drive to root cause and/or determine improvements, and lead projects to develop and implement solutions
Troubleshoot day-to-day issues, develops solutions, and monitors improvements
Procure material related to manufacturing improvements through external suppliers
Respond to customer issues and lead process improvements
Improve Value Stream metrics by defining and implementing process improvement activities

Education & Experience Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology. Any amount of experience will be considered with a Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study.
Will accept non degree candidates, must have engine experience with 5+ years related experience. H.S. Diploma and GED candidates will be considered.

Technical Skills
(Required)

Design experience (Creo preferred)
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

Engine or testing experience

Soft Skills

Strong communication skills
