Job Description
Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- As prescribed by work team lead or work director, assist with onboard of new learning systems and experiences.
- Assist with instructional design, development, and deployment of learning materials and products for CISD business partners.
- Assist with review, revision of existing learning materials and products.
- Assist with AI, AR, and/or VR integrated technologies and applications to learning and innovation projects.
Typical task breakdown:
- As prescribed by work team lead or work director, assist with instructional design, development, and deployment of learning materials and products for CISD business partners.
Interaction with team:
- Day to day, face to face on work team projects that support learning and innovation.
Education & Experience Required:
- 4-year degree, certifications, and/or equivalent experience desired in graphic arts, instructional design, and adult education.
- Masters and PhD would be considered.
- Minimum five years’ experience regardless of education
- With Associate’s degree would need additional two years’ equivalent experience
Top 3 Skills
- Five years’ experience with instructional design, development, and deployment of learning materials and products.
- Strong experience in developing or supporting AI, AR, or VR environments
- Moving and still graphics
Additional Technical Skills
(Desired)
- Writing assessments and knowledge checks
- Developing curricula
Soft Skills
(Required)
- Â Team work, prompt and professional communication
- Â Having worked in Sales/Marketing culture before
