Facility Maintenance Engineer

Job Description
Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- Part of Facility Maintenance Engineering team.
- Experience with day-today facilities and maintenance engineering functions
- Experience with facility maintenance New Capital Introduction (NCI) – new assets commissioning and old assets decommissioning
- Experience with the facility and maintenance engineering assets: such as chillers, compressors, water treatment, HVAC, facility sprinkler system, power distribution, structure, electrical and mechanical design.
Typical task breakdown:
- Support Facility Engineering Maintenance Project Engineer to execute NCI requirement tasks. Such as area preparation, demolition, utilities and infrastructure deign and review, asset installation, working with suppliers and functional groups to put asset in service.
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering) - MUST
- MUST BE part of Facility Maintenance engineering team with day-to-day facility maintenance support experience (min 10 years)
Technical Skills
(Required)
- Focus on facility mechanical and electrical
- Direct experience with new capital project to install/remove facility maintenance equipment. Such as chillers, compressors, water treatment, HVAC, facility sprinkler system, power distribution, structure, electrical and mechanical design.
- Microsoft O365
- Project Management, Data Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, New capital introduction / new asset installation.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification will be a huge plus.
Soft Skills
- Clear and fluent English with both oral and written communications
- Growth mindset, aggressive and outgoing to learn company processesÂ
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Work with a sense of urgency but must be balanced with priorities given to Safety & Ergonomics as well as Quality.
