Project Engineer 4
Onsite

Position’s Contributions to Work Group:

Black Belt certification (preferred) with a focus on machining centers maintenance operations, reliability data analytics (Statistical Data Analysis / Llumin maintenance data / Power BI) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.
Experience in manufacturing operations, RCCA on maintenance repairs.

Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with safety and reliability standards.
Improve machine availability & OEE through loss analysis & corrective actions.
Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and develop actionable recommendations for improvement.
Manage critical spares and obsolescence strategy.
Lead root cause investigations and implement permanent fixes.
Deploy TPM and operator care on constraint machining centers.
Influence reliability in new equipment design and commissioning.
Implement predictive maintenance (vibration, lubrication, thermal monitoring) initiative.
Coach operators and technicians on defect tagging and basic care.
Perform data analysis & support maintenance team to improve machine availability.

Education & Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial)
Minimum 10 years of experience

Technical Skills
(Required)

CNC machining Centers & misc. assets maintenance operation experience
Statistical & reliability data analytics, & root cause analysis
Microsoft O365 / Power BI

(Desired)

Black Belt certified
Llumin CMMS+
Project Management, New Capital Introduction (NCI)
Hands-on CNC experience, including machine setup
Operation / Programming / Coaching

Soft Skills

Clear and fluent communication
Growth mindset, aggressive and outgoing to learn processes
Ability to work independently and with a team
Work with a sense of urgency but must be balanced with priorities given to Safety & Ergonomics as well as Quality.
