Required Skills:
- Creativity, strong verbal and written communication, and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented with attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic sketches, engineering drawings, and calculations
- Fundamental understanding of engineering science and technology application
- Experience with computer applications and design software related to engineering
- Prior experience with engineering design and publication systems (e.g., Teamcenter, EDS, SIS)
- Knowledge of media production and dissemination techniques
- Experience in technical documentation and military systems
- Associate’s degree in engineering technology or a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-4 years of relevant experience; recent graduates with 0-2 years can be considered for more foundational roles
