Are you passionate about electrical systems and harnesses? We’re seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer 2 to join our dynamic team at the Tucson Mining Center. In this vital role, you will be responsible for reviewing and releasing electrical harnesses, troubleshooting, and ensuring our machinery meets the highest standards of safety and reliability. If you have hands-on experience with harnessing, wiring, and schematic reading, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this is the opportunity for you to advance your career while making a tangible impact in the mining industry.
What You Will Bring to the Role:

Strong expertise in electrical harnesses, cabling, and wiring analysis with at least 2 years of relevant harness experience.

Ability to read schematics, harness prints, and wiring diagrams with confidence.

Practical knowledge of ISO standards and familiarity with Creo CAD software is a plus.

Experience in checking, reviewing, and troubleshooting harnesses on machinery or engines.

Good communication skills to interact with engineering teams and provide technical support.
Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
-
Knowledge of Teamcenter software and ASME engineering standards.

Experience or internships involving harness building, testing, or troubleshooting.

Ability to interpret and work with mechanical and electrical schematics.
Preferred Education & Background:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related Science field, with 1-4 years of relevant professional experience.

Associates Degree considered if backed by substantial hands-on harnessing experience.

Proficiency in CAD software, particularly PTC Creo, is advantageous.
Additional Requirements:

Attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively both face-to-face and virtually within diverse teams.

Willingness to work first shift at our Tucson location, with a potential for remote interaction.

Willing to travel occasionally for team collaboration as needed.
