ESS ADMINISTRATOR

OBJECTIVES. The contractor shall, in accordance with the Technical Representative’s (TR) guidance, will assist in the strategy, design, deployment and Tier 4 support of Clients current and future Trellix technologies.

SCOPE. The client leverages Trellix ESS platforms across environments as a means of providing Application Control, Endpoint Security, Data Loss Prevention, Mobile Security, Rogue System Detection, ePolicy Orchestrator and Advanced Threat Defense. Trellix expertise and support is required to maintain best practices during design, engineering, deployment, operations and maintenance of the aforementioned enclaves and capabilities.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Provide support for engineering, implementation, technical resource assessment, consultant task management, and training requirements.
Provide recommendations for best commercial business practices from other DOD and commercial customers
Address all technical problems associated with Trellix software and provide proactive support with direct reach back into Trellix Technical Support and Trellix Labs.
Prepare and deliver documentation that will allow for accurate implementation/operation of new capabilities supporting live operating environments.
Provide prior coordination and administration required for the delivery of solutions.
Analyze technical/integration requirements and develop effective technical solutions for Customer review and consideration.
The SME will maintain direct access and communication to Trellix Technical Support, Trellix Product Development (for ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO), Trellix Agent (MA), Endpoint Security, Policy Auditor (PA), Rogue System Detection (RSD), Device Control Module (DCM), and with Trellix Labs in order to ensure success during ESS implementation and operational tuning attributable to ESS suite products that interface with existing Government network architecture.
Support product implementation/operation and engage in hands-on implementation of ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO), Trellix Agent (MA), Endpoint Security, Policy Auditor (PA), Rogue System Detection (RSD), Device Control Module (DCM), and with Trellix Labs in order to ensure success during ESS implementation and operational tuning attributable to ESS suite products that interface with existing Government network architecture. as specified by client.
Share ESS knowledge and experience with implementation/operations team members and team leaders to expand and grow the knowledge and capability of all team members.
Provide Direct Reach back to Trellix Labs and Product Managers with a support Grant number assigned to the Subject Matter Expert
Ability to access Trellix platforms, applications, and features on client systems.

Task Order Security Requirements. Contractor Security. Contractor team individual(s) supporting this task will be U. S. Citizens and must possess a TS/SCI clearance at the start of the task.
