<strong>Job Summary</strong><br>
We are seeking a <strong>Packaging Engineer</strong> to support packaging design, standardization, and implementation within a high-volume distribution environment. This role will focus on developing efficient, cost-effective, and safe packaging solutions for parts and materials, while collaborating cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and comfortable working both in an office setting and on the warehouse floor to drive continuous improvement and support packaging automation initiatives.<br>
<strong>Responsibilities: </strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Develop and specify packaging solutions for high-volume materials, including corrugated cartons and other protective materials 
&#9;<li>Support new part setup by defining and implementing appropriate packaging configurations 
&#9;<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets quality, safety, and operational requirements 
&#9;<li>Partner with operations and shop floor teams to identify and resolve packaging issues and inefficiencies

<strong>Required Qualifications</strong>
