Job Description
Typical task breakdown:
- Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Working directly on application / technical problem identification and resolution, including off-shift and weekend support functions. Participating in integrated testing and user acceptance of application or infrastructure components. Working with vendors on the integration of purchased application(s) and/or infrastructure. Designing and implementing processes, or process improvements, to aid in development and support.
- Set up user accounts for system access, Windows domain, lotus notes, etc.
- Maintain server backup for data integrity and data restoration
- Maintain file, print, and application servers including CITRIX terminal servers
- Set up new users for the PBX/Phone System, account access new numbers
- Maintain audix message system, user database, backup and restores. Set up new users.
- Position manages the completion of their own work assignments and coordinates work with others. Communication and customer service focus are necessary. Ability to listen to others is important to the position.

- *Will possibly receive phone calls at night.
Interaction with team:
- Â Daily interaction with office support groups and shop floor operations.
Work environment:
- 90% Office, 10% Shop floor. Steel toe shoes are required.
Education & Experience Required:
- 2 year technical degree Required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Â
- Three years relevant IT experience required.
Technical Skills

- Knowledge of the latest technology in programming languages, computing hardware and software and current development processes and tools.

- Ability to work both independently and with a cooperative team on complex projects that may span multiple infrastructure components or applications.
