Job Description
6 month contract
Onsite- Pittsburgh
Days of the week: Mon-Fri, 8-5pm EST
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work with other analysts to complete daily task for closing accounts (paying invoices, advanced distribution, turning off or on statements, adding contacts to account, prepare letter packets, etc.):
• Mail processing (outgoing/incoming)
• Pulling information from the group queue (from closing officers) of service requests based on the task rotation
• Process mail/forms as they return
• Scan in incoming mail
Level 2: 2-4 YRS
Must Have Technical Skills:
• One Note
• Adobe
• Teams
• MS Office Suite
Soft Skills:
• Attention to detail
• Organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication
Education:
N/A -- plus but not required
